5 of 5 Gorgeous Fall Foliage January 19, 2022
Reviewer: Alana from British Columbia, Canada
This past fall, I "self-curated" an autumn trilogy for myself from the many selections by artist Mark Keathley offered by Cobble Hill Puzzles. I included: A New Day, Mountain Cascade, and Smoky Train and followed the journey of Mama Bear and her babies down the mountainside. With their soft colours and detailed landscapes, all three puzzles were considerably challenging, but I enjoy when a puzzle takes things to the next level and challenges me to puzzle by "shape" alone. This puzzle was stunningly beautiful when completed.

4 of 5 A Favourite July 7, 2021

This puzzle was enjoyable and not as difficult as we feared it might be.  We wanted to try it for the autumn colours, which are beautiful (especially the vibrant sky), and we had no trouble getting pieces into the right places.  The image is a little blurry--more like a painting than a photograph--so it's difficult to know you're working on the bears until the whole thing is done...you can't just set aside the pieces that look as though they form the bear because you'll never be able to distinguish those pieces from the other dark ones.  Still, an enjoyable puzzle.

1 of 5 Very Difficult Indeed! May 31, 2020
Reviewer: Linda from Ontario
Worked on this for weeks and it's the first time I have given up on a puzzle. It just wasn't any fun not making progress. Couldn't even get the outside edge complete. Usually I can look at a piece and find the area in the picture where it is.With this one I couldn't. I have done lots of other Cobble Hill puzzles and really like them but this one really stopped me in my tracks.

My husband and I spent 3 weeks working on this beautiful puzzle. It was rewarding to finally piece it altogether.
