Rosiland Solomon has been an artist for several decades with many of her illustrations gracing children's books, puzzles, games, packaging and promotions. Cobble Hill is excited to have her art work represented in our collection of quality puzzles. Rosiland earned a BA in Sociology and English, but neat fact, she learned airbrusing in Hollywood in 1978, where she, "...survived an old-fashioned apprenticeship at an all male Movie Poster Art Studio..". Much of her work has been with pencils, prismacolours and tiny brushes. But, more recently, she has taken to scanning her drawings into Photoshop, and painting with the most appropriate brush for the design aesthetic of the subject.
