COVID-19 UPDATE as of 3.23.20 13h12: We are short staffed and no longer able to ship new orders at this time. We will reassess the situation on April 8th upon hearing from our government. The few warehouse staff that we have are working diligently and safely to ship orders that were in the system prior to the shut down. The priority is shipping to retailers as we want to help as many stay in business to serve you for as long as we are able. While we do have a person dedicated to shipping the web orders that were placed prior to the shut down - there is a two week delay at the moment. As soon as we have tracking numbers, you will receive an email. All replacement orders and customer service has been paused until we are able to catch up and serve you properly. If you require a replacement, please check back on April 8th and follow the directions on our Contact Us (Puzzle Issues) website form link above for the most efficient service.
