Dear Online Shoppers:

As of July 1, we are testing out our ability to service individual customers via our website. With minimal staff and stock, we do have to keep a minimum puzzle purchase of $70.00 CDN (before tax and shipping). This ensures that our staff is able to maximize their time. Please check our "In Stock Puzzles" category to see what is available for purchase. At this time, we are only testing this offering in Canada (sorry to our US friends)! We hope to open up shipping to the US soon, but we're going to start with a trial in Canada.

Please continue to use the Find A Store link and support a retailer in your area or online - we are fulfilling their orders (albeit slowly) and they will be getting more stock. Thank you!

Thank you for your continued patience! Our stock situation, while still low, it is improving every week! Yay! We are going to take care of everyone in the order of emails received, combined with which puzzles are in stock.

Please head over to our Step 1 Replacement Form, link below. You'll receive a copy of your submission, but you do not need to do anything else until we reach out to you.

Please note, we do have quite a few puzzlers in backorder status and we will take care of them first. It may be several weeks before we reach out to complete the Step-2 process, but we will definitely reach out to you! We are known for great customer service, no twisting our arms or bullying necessary. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who mistreats our employees, uses foul language, or is generally rude. Thank you & stay safe!

As a gentle reminder, please do check around your home for a missing piece, they often turn up – even in homes with no kids, no pets, and hardwood floors - also, check the plastic bag that the pieces came in, they don't always all spill out! Last note, all reputable puzzle companies offer some kind of replacement program, so please confirm that you see our logo on the box and contact the right company as we cannot forward your request for you.
