As of July 17th, we started shipping to USA, as well as Canada. With minimal staff and stock, we do have to keep a minimum puzzle purchase of $70.00 CDN & USD (before tax and shipping). This ensures that our staff is able to maximize their time.

**When you add puzzles to your cart, but do not purchase immediately, they are NOT reserved. Our stock is manually updated several times throughout the day. We cannot override what is already in your cart, so the system will still let you check out with the puzzle, but we may not be able to fulfill your order. Please confirm your puzzles is on the "In Stock Puzzles" page before checking out with your cart.

Please head over to our Step 1 Replacement Form, link below. You'll receive a copy of your submission, but you do not need to do anything else until we reach out to you. And yes, it could be week or months, so we realize you may get the impression that nothing is being done with your order, but we assure you, we are just waiting for the puzzle to come back into stock before reaching out to you for Step 2.

As a gentle reminder, please do check around your home for a missing piece, they often turn up – even in homes with no kids, no pets, and hardwood floors - also, check the plastic bag that the pieces came in, they don't always all spill out!
