From Canvas to Puzzle: The Art of Wava Jacobchick

In closing, in the end, no matter how many times you have watched the sun set behind a lighthouse, there is something undeniably magical about the island light. It is a place that seems to exist out of time, a portal to a bygone era that still resonates with the heart of the modern world.
When I put this puzzle together, I started with the large pieces, then the medium-sized pieces, and finally the small pieces. It was a fun puzzle to put together. It brought back a lot of memories of my youth.

As I was putting this puzzle together, I remembered how satisfying it was for me to take the mother hen and her newly hatched baby chicks out of the nest, set them on the ground, and watch the mother hen call them to her.
I started drawing as soon as I could hold a pen. My parents realized my passion early so they would hang giant rolls of newsprint in our hallway. I would fill it up with drawings, then they would take it down and hang new paper and I would fill it again.
This is the first three-hundred-and-fifty-piece puzzle I have put together and was impressed at how the puzzle pieces were cut. Some of the pieces are large, some are medium and some are small. I found that these different size puzzle pieces are great for adults to put together along with their children.
The setting is in a mountainous area with a tunnel that was constructed so trains could get through that part of the mountain. There is a section of track that goes over a stream flowing under the train track.
Crochet art is beautiful and purposeful. It is like painting with yarn. You are expressing your inner artist with the crochet hook instead of a paintbrush, using yarn instead of a canvas.
