Política de reembolso

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and sealed in its original packaging. We only accept returns / exchanges made directly from the Cobble Hill website. If you purchased a product from our retailer or received a puzzle as a gift, please inquire with the place of purchase for their return / exchange policy.

To start a return, you can contact us using the form or email (without spaces) info @  Please do not return to us without first getting a Return Merchandize Number, which we will give to you once we've approved the return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We're so sorry, but we do not send shipping labels. You can use the General Inquiries form in the Contact Us section to reach us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Again, we do not send out shipping labels, so the freight cost is your responsibility, but upon receipt of your puzzle, we will bear the cost of freight when shipping you the exchange puzzle.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have shipped the product back to us, we recommend sharing your tracking number with us so our warehouse can expect the puzzle and process the return quicker. We also recommend taking a photo of your puzzle box (front and back) prior to it being shipped, in case you need to prove its condition before it gets transported back to our warehouse.
