Shipping Warehouse

Our U.S. warehouse is located in Michigan. We typically ship via USPS, though FedEx may be used depending on the size and destination of the order.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada only. For other regions, please refer to our international partners. For Canada, please visit the Canadian website at: https://www.cobblehillpuzzles.ca

Shipping Hours

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, and is closed on major U.S. holidays.

Carriers pick up outgoing packages once daily, usually between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM EST.

Please note that placing an order during business hours does not guarantee same-day shipment. Orders must be processed and packed before they can be dispatched, and not all orders received before the daily pickup will go out that same day.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 - 5 business days. Many orders ship within 1 - 2 days, but processing times may be longer during peak periods or following holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email (please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it).

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge a reshipping fee.
