Our warehouse ships Monday to Friday. We are closed on major Canadian holidays. Generally, products are shipped using Canada Post for Canada and FedEx for the United States. We do not ship outside of North America, please see our international stores/partners to order in your country. The warehouse tries to process orders to be picked up from the carrier within 1 to 5 business days. It often only takes a day or two, but can be longer during busier seasons or just after holidays. When you order from our website, you will get a tracking number. The email may end up in your spam box, so please check it and track the package. If a package is returned to us because you were not available to receive it, we reserve the right to charge to reship.
